Worksite introduction

Before arriving at the site

We strive to ensure that our workplaces are safe and healthy, and that everyone who works at GRK’s construction sites is happy and well-being. In order for your company and your employees to get a good start and be in a good position to understand what is expected, there are a few things that need to be in place before arrival.


UE2021

Before work begins, UE2021 (see attached form) must be filled in and sent to your contact person at the project your company will be working on. Together with UE2021, the following shall also be attached:

  • Approved for F-tax by the Swedish Tax Agency
  • Company Registration Certificate
  • Proof that the company is tied to a collective agreement (does not apply if you are a sole proprietorship)
  • Receipt of business insurance containing liability insurance (does not apply to staffing agencies).

ID06 for healthy competition and increased security.

Everyone working at GRK’s workplaces must wear an ID06 card visibly. Everyone must also be able to present an approved ID document upon request.

Personal

We need information about the personnel who come to our workplace. Please submit:

  • First and last name
  • Telephone number
  • Next of kin name
  • Next of kin phone number
  • Relationship with next of kin
  • If the courses cannot be verified via the ID06 competence database, you must submit receipts for the courses.

Education requirements
  1. Safe Construction training, if there are technical problems, contact the Construction Industry Training Center (BUC) tel. +46 8 698 59 90
  2. At a minimum: Work on roads 1.1–1.3
  3. Certificate of training and your employer’s written approval when authorised to drive a power-operated lifting device.

If you are going to perform work that requires additional qualifications, this must be proven through the ID06 competence database or via other written verification of completed training.


Vehicles

The vehicle list must be completed and returned to the project organisation before arrival at the workplace. Trucks and trailers must be marked with the correct load weights.

All vehicles must have:

  • Vehicle binder with vehicle information, list of chemicals present in the vehicle with associated safety data sheets and inspection report.
  • Fire extinguisher
  • First aid kit
  • Decontamination equipment

Personal protective equipment (PPE)

Demand:

  • Safety helmet with chin strap
  • High-visibility clothing in accordance with GRK’s current procedures (EN ISO 20471 Class 3)
  • Safety shoes with steel toe cap and penetration protection
  • ID06 must be kept visible

If necessary:

  • Goggles
  • Life jacket – when working in water.
  • Hearing protection – in a noisy environment
  • Protective mask – in dusty environments or when using hazardous chemical products.
