Sustainability reporting
Sustainability reporting
GRK’s sustainability report provides a comprehensive overview of the sustainability topics material to GRK, as well as the related policies, actions, targets, metrics and results.
The sustainability report, prepared in accordance with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), was published as part of GRK’s 2025 Annual Report. PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy, a sustainability reporting assurance provider, has issued a third-party sustainability reporting auditor’s limited assurance engagement on GRK’s sustainability report.
For GRK, CSRD reporting is an important tool for implementing our strategy, managing risks, taking care of our employees, serving our stakeholders, safeguarding our competitiveness financing of our investments, and planning for the future.
Double materiality assessment
The double materiality assessment carried out in accordance with the sustainability reporting directive is based on the Upright Project model. Building on this model, GRK conducted its own analysis to identify the key sustainability topics for GRK that have a significant impact either on our financial performance and/or on environmental and social impacts. All results of the double materiality assessment have been reviewed, amended where necessary, and approved by GRK.
The data and methodology of the double materiality assessment were used to support the identification of impacts, risks and opportunities, as well as to determine which of these are material to GRK. The assessment aimed to ensure the consistency, comparability and scientific robustness of the results. Accuracy was achieved by incorporating GRK’s business model, geographical context and other company-specific factors, such as business relationships, into the analysis. In addition, stakeholder views were taken into account through surveys.

For GRK, CSRD reporting is an important tool for implementing our strategy, managing risks, taking care of our employees, serving our stakeholders, safeguarding our competitiveness and the financing of our investments, and planning for the future.
