GRK is the most reputable company in the construction sector in Finland

This is shown by the Luottamus & Maine 2025 reputation study for the construction and design sectors, carried out by Reputation and Trust Analytics (formerly T‑Media). GRK was also the best in its sector last year.

The study examined the reputation of the construction and design sectors and the organisations operating within them among the Finnish public. The research was conducted in April–May 2025, and a total of 5,469 Finns responded.

According to Rakennuslehti, GRK ranks first among the ten largest construction companies, with a score of 3.47. GRK also held the top spot in the 2024 study. GRK’s reputation score has decreased only marginally by 0.02 points compared to last year.

GRK’s profitable growth has strengthened its reputation

Organisations were assessed using Reputation and Trust Analytics’ model, in which the reputation score is formed as the average of eight dimensions: governance, financial performance, leadership, innovation, interaction, products & services, workplace, and responsibility. A five‑point scale (1–5) was used.

GRK performs particularly well in the areas of financial performance, workplace, and products and services.

The construction sector generally has a moderate reputation

Although GRK is the best in its sector, there is still some distance to a “good” reputation. On the five‑point scale, the threshold for a moderate result is 3.00, and the threshold for a good reputation is 3.5.

The overall reputation score of the construction sector is 2.92, meaning the sector’s reputation is weak. According to the Confederation of Finnish Construction Industries RT, the economic downturn has significantly affected perceptions related to the sector’s financial performance. However, the overall reputation of the sector has started to improve this year after last year’s sharp decline.
