GRK Road Oy has entered into an asset deal with NCC Industry OY on 15 September 2020, whereby the business of Kajaani asphalt plant will be transferred to GRK Road Oy.
Two employees transferred to GRK Road in the asset deal. The deal strengthens the company’s position in the asphalt contracting industry in Kainuu and North Savo regions.
