In May, GRK announced that it had signed an agreement on the acquisition of Keski-Suomen Betonirakenne Oy. Now, the conditions set for the completion of the acquisition have been met and the transaction has been completed. KSBR will become part of the GRK Group.
The acquisition supports GRK’s strategy of profitable growth and strengthens its competence, particularly in demanding concrete structures, industry, energy and data centre projects, and private sector infrastructure construction. The acquisition will provide us with even better resources to grow and achieve our strategic goals.
KSBR will continue to operate as a company of its own and daily life will continue as before. Our goal is to combine expertise and resources and ensure a clear and uniform operating method for the customer.
